What materials do I need to provide to start a project?

To start working on your presentation, here’s what we typically need from you. The list may vary slightly depending on the project type:

📌 For a Stud Dog Presentation:

  1. Photos
    • Please send the best-quality images you have: the result depends greatly on the original photos, so make sure to share the highest-resolution files possible.

    If you’re unsure which ones work best, feel free to send more, and we will help you to choose.

  2. Info About the Dog
    • Registered & call name
    • Titles and show results, special trials
    • Health tests & birth date if needed to be mentioned
  3. Pedigree
    • Full or partial pedigree 
    • A screenshot, link or typed format- whichever is easier
  4. Extras (Optional)
    • Kennel logo
    • Contact/socials you’d like to include
    • Mood/style preferences: any notes are welcome


🐶 For a Litter Announcement:

  1. Photos
    • Of the dam and sire (best quality available)
    • Optional: puppy pictures (if they’re already born)

What is the delivery time of the order?

Delivery time depends on the current queue and the deadlines we agree upon. Typically, our schedule is booked several weeks in advance.

If your timeline is tight, please reach out to us anyway. We’ll carefully consider your request and do our best to find a workable solution or suggest alternatives. Your needs are important to us, and open communication helps us serve you better.

What if you are not on time with the order?

Providing the best possible service and meeting deadlines is very important to us and we normally deliver on time. However, as designers are human, sometimes unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. This happens very rarely and if it does, you will be informed in advance.

That said, we always strive for the best outcome. So, even if a delay occurs, it becomes a win-win situation: we offer you a complimentary adaptation of the announcement for Instagram Stories as a gift. 

Do you create multiple design drafts to choose from?

To ensure the highest quality and focus, we provide one carefully crafted design per project, based on your preferences and the materials supplied.

However, if having multiple options is important to you, this can be arranged as an additional service for an extra fee, which is discussed individually. That said, this usually isn’t necessary, as the discussion stage typically clarifies the best direction to take.

You charge the full payment in advance. What if I’m not satisfied with the result?

Every announcement we create is truly unique. The final result is an individual interpretation shaped within the signature style of our atelier. Because of this, it is very important that our design style and portfolio resonate with you from the start.

We put great care into the discussion and clarification stage, making sure to understand all the details that matter to you. Whether you have specific wishes or prefer to fully trust our creative vision, both approaches are welcome and appreciated. Your clear and thorough input helps us create the best result possible.

Our process includes two rounds of review. One for your detailed feedback and one for final confirmation. We are proud that 95% of our projects are approved on the first try and often with only minor typos or text tweaks.

Because each project is a bespoke creative work tailored to your materials and brief, refunds are not provided. However, we are committed to working closely with you to ensure the final result reflects what is important to you and that you love the outcome.

Can I get a better price for several designs?

Thank you for your interest and for considering multiple presentations.

In thoughtful graphic design, especially when it comes to detailed canine announcements, the cost is directly linked to the time and focus each project requires.
This isn’t a product with adjustable margins. It’s handcrafted visual work, where time is the true currency.

The formula is simple:
Price = Time invested
Reducing the price would mean reducing the time. But that would inevitably affect the level of quality and care.
