A Thoughtful Process, Step by Step
We know that creating a new announcement is always an exciting and emotional moment. To make this process comfortable and transparent for you, we’ve outlined all the key steps: from the very first message to the final delivery ♡
Order Process

Submitting Materials
Please begin by sending an email to nk.graphic.atelier@gmail.com with all the necessary materials for the presentation (including text, photos and any other important information).

Review and Discussion of Requirements
Once your materials are received, they will be carefully reviewed. We will then clarify your preferences: for example, your choice of photos (if several are provided), design expectations and any specific ideas or requests.
We move forward only after making sure we have a clear and shared understanding. -
Payment
After the details are confirmed, we’ll send you payment information. Payment can be made via PayPal or IBAN bank transfer. We work on a 100% prepayment basis. Work cannot begin until the full amount is received. To keep the agreed delivery date reserved, payment and all required materials should be provided at least one week in advance. This helps ensure everything is prepared with the right care and attention. If payment or materials are delayed and no alternative arrangement has been discussed with us, the agreed delivery date will be canceled. If the project is still relevant, we’ll be happy to discuss a new timeline depending on availability. -
Design Phase
Once payment is received, your project is placed into the design schedule and will be completed within the agreed timeframe. -
Review and Revisions
At the agreed deadline, we send you the announcement for your review.
We are proud that 95% of our projects are accepted with little to no revisions: usually only minor text edits or additions.
However, the review process includes two rounds:
– the first is for sharing your feedback and any requested changes,
– the second is to confirm that all updates have been correctly applied.
To ensure an efficient and smooth process, please make sure to communicate all your comments during the first round. -
Final Delivery and Completion
Once the final version is approved, the finished materials will be sent to you, and the order will be considered complete.
If you decide to add or change anything after that point, additional services are available.
When Additional Fees May Apply
– Changing Photos After Design Has Started
If you’ve sent multiple images and left the selection to the artist’s discretion OR if you later request to replace previously agreed-upon photos after the design has already been created, a fee of 15 EUR will apply.
This is because the visual concept is built around the original photo selection, and even seemingly small changes can require a major design restructure.– Adding New Content After Final Delivery
We keep all project files safe and sound, so if you ever need to update something, even long after the project has been completed and delivered, we’re happy to help. Such requests are treated as a separate service, with fees starting from 15 EUR depending on the scope and complexity.
Terms & Conditions of NK Graphic Atelier
Please take a moment to review these terms before confirming your booking. Proceeding with payment indicates your understanding and agreement.
✦ Booking & Payment
- We work on a 100% prepayment basis. Work cannot begin until the full amount is received.
- Payments are accepted via PayPal or international bank transfer (IBAN).
- Any additional bank or service fees should be covered by the sender and are not included in the project cost.
- Primary currencies: EUR or USD.
✦ Project Completion & Adjustments
Once the final files are delivered, the project is considered complete. Any additional edits requested after that point are treated as a separate service and may require an extra fee. Corrections caused by a technical or factual mistake on our side will, of course, be fixed at no cost.
✦ Copyright & Usage
Once your project is complete and delivered, you’re welcome to use the final image for personal or kennel-related promotion: online, in print or on merchandise. The visual idea, design layout and NK Graphic Atelier’s signature remain part of the studio’s intellectual property, which means cropping or removing credits is not allowed without prior agreement. The original artwork and design process may not be claimed as your own, resold, or altered by third parties without permission.
If a version without the studio’s signature or specific adjustments is required, this can be arranged as a separate service, please mention it before booking.
✦ Materials you provide
You are responsible for all content submitted for your project (including photos, text, logos, or any elements required for the design). By sending your materials, you confirm that you have the legal right to use them and that they do not infringe on third-party rights.
✦ Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel before the project starts, just get in touch and we’ll find a solution. Once the creative process is underway, refunds are not possible due to the custom nature of the work.
✦ Portfolio & Sharing
NK Graphic Atelier may include completed designs in the atelier’s portfolio on the website, in social media or in other promotional materials.
At the same time, we always respect the context and emotions behind each project. Every project is personal and so is its timing:
- No announcements are ever published before the owner shares them first. We only feature finished works in our portfolio after they’ve appeared on your side.
- We never share designs for breeding plans that didn’t work out. It is out of respect for the situation.
